More Home Improvement: The Sunday Post

Hi! I am checking in at  THE SUNDAY POST from The Caffeinated Reviewer. I have found this a great way to meet other bloggers and to keep track of what I have going on. I hope you’ll check out THE CAFFEINATED REVIEWER ‘s link up and maybe find a few more bloggers.

Kimba The Sunday Post
Last week I had a cold and had a bunch of trim painting left to do.  But, because I was in bed most of Saturday I had time to pretty much do a verbatim recap of much of OUTLANDER, The Devil’s Mark.

It ended up being 13 pages long.
So, most of the weekend, my husband waited on me and so I got better day by day.

Al of Me CoverBy Tuesday I was feeling better and had arranged to meet up with Jennifer Bernard who writes the super hot Bachelor Firemen series. She has a new series of Steamy Sports Fiction featuring my favorite team sport, baseball. Love by the Bases hits shelves May 26 with the release of ALL OF ME.  I will have a post on our lunchtime chat and a book review in mid-May.

Books in include the next Jennifer Estep book SPIDER’S TRAP, ALL OF ME, the audio of A SPOOL OF BLUE THREAD.  From the library I downloaded three audiobooks to listen to while I painted trim, drove and cooked.  Audio I checked out THE GREAT ESCAPE by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, ONE GOOD EARL DESERVES  ANOTHER by Sarah MacLean, and THE PEACH KEEPER by Sarah Allen Addison.

Coming up this week:

T: HOME TO YOU by Robin Kaye: Audiobook Review
W: Kylie Scott’s LICK: Like Ice Cream for this Old Lady’s Soul
FR: April Reading & Blogging Report

Other than this, although I barely left my house, I have been so busy I didn’t check out many other blogs or posts this week.  One exception is THE ATLANTIC which just put up an awesome new website full of great articles.

On the other hand I put two coast of paint on most of  the balusters on our stairs and cat walk and listened to three audiobooks and read at least one novel.

Question MarkWe’re a project couple and always have one or two things happening at our house.  We like to do a lot of the work ourselves. What kind of home projects have you been working on?
