THE SUNDAY POST: I Rock!

Today, I am again taking part in  THE SUNDAY POST from The Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with new, and old  readers, and other bloggers! After you hang out here a while, I hope you’ll check out THE CAFFEINATED REVIEWER ‘s link up.

No, I don’t have shingles, thanks goodness.  Our last “summer” project is to reshingle a side of our house. We got the bottom four rows off but really have to finish this before Sunday morning when my husband has to leave for Europe. So on Wednesday I spent most of the day ripping the old cedar shingles off and pulling out the nails.  I found myself thinking how much I rock doing this work around the house. When I was younger we called it men’s work.
Pah!
It’s funny, I found some graffiti the workers left on a shingle of some parts of male anatomy.  Boys!

I won’t be around much today as I am hoping to go out with some friends to pick apples.  I will visit as possible today and return comments tonight and tomorrow.
